Vitamins 5, Exercise 1


January 5th is here. The taking of the vitamins every day is going great! If I am sure to take them with food, I actually do feel like I have a bit more energy. Now on the exercise front, I have been using some excuses, but today I made it over to my friend Maureens and we got on the treadmill and the stair stepper! It feels good!
