Every summer the boys participate in the Hennessey's Paddleboard competition. The events consists of the Junior Lifeguard Championship and the United States Championships with different classes of paddleboards including stand up boards... The day was gorgeous with the "June Gloom" lifted. Richard was in town with us for the event. The Elliott boys showed up and paddled hard. It doesn't matter that we relocated them to Minnesota! They still have what it takes to place in the top! Will came in 4th and Jack came in 8th! I love to see all these young kids out there battling the waves and competing on their way to becoming real watermen!
