Silver bells
Back in 1990 we received a silver bell as a Christmas gift from my Aunt Muriel and Uncle Fred. Richard has been buying me one every year since then and even went on e-bay one year to buy some of the bells we missed! It is a lovely collection and the ring is such a wonderful sound! They are very sparkly after polished!

Part of my "Daily December" is to unpack some of the Christmas boxes from days gone by and enjoy the little delights that I packed up for the future! Here we have some wonderful little snowman pots made for me by Will and Jack when they were each in 3rd grade. I put some fresh greens in them to fill in the pots! You gotta love elementary school projects! Of course Jack made the one with the Joe Cool glasses and will went for traditional snowman coal eyes! Love you boys!

Zoe's Gingerbread town

One night during December, I stayed over at Zoe's house and brought a craft project idea. I know how much she likes to make Gingerbread houses, so I thought she might like to make a paper one like this from Paper-Source. She did make one using paper and about 10 pounds of scotch tape! But this gal took the project to a whole new level by making an entire village including a pet-rescue! Way to go little craft girl!2008
Who knew that 2 people in love could create all of this? Here we all are in 2008 at Nick and Kirstin's wedding day in May!
